Default Is there a difference in 88-89 and 90-91 power windows?

I got 88 or 89 power windows for my 91 hatch and they are different lengths. I'm not talking about the rails, but the crossing piece with the gear and motor on it. It causes the window to jam about halfway up.

I'm basically wondering if the arms in the pic are different lengths in 88-89 civic sedans and 90-91 civic sedans, cuz then i could get power windows from a 90-91 and it would work.

yeah, i know. i just want to make sure that the hatch's window cranks were the same as the sedan's in 90-91 and that they weren't completely different for 88-91.
