Some ******* gave me the ebay special and sold me a used h4 hid kit with blown bulbs, I figured this out when I hooked them up and they didn't work... my problem is I don't know if I should bother spending 80+ bucks on another set of bulbs, because what if the ballasts/ignitors are fucked? is there anyway you can tell if they are?
