The car an EK Civic EX with an automatic transmission. the car in itself is bone stock.

the situation is that the car dies out when the car is under 5 mph. he was driving about 3mph, and the car died and the steering wheel itself locked. the battery light and oil light shows up. the stereo and all other electronics were functional.

another situation was when he was pulling into a parking space. out of nowehere, the car died again.

does anyone know what's going on?
