i did an engine swap recently and the stock civic radiator is fine, and is up to the task of keep the temperature down, just stick with it
2 months after putting in the dohc powerplant, my radiator spring a leak and one day while in idle at a light, my temp needle was almost at the top. I went ahead and bought an aftermarket radiator from radiator.com for a delsol dohc vtec for $130 shipped to my door, it's all metal and dual core. No problems yet with it and install took 5 mins.
i have a stock radiator in mine, and the motor has been in for about a year, the needle never even gets to the middle even when i run it, but just keep an eye on the fluid cause it goes down a little faster

I had overheating problems after my swap that got gradually worse. Flow and pressure was fine but it turns out that the scale that had formed inside the water passages acts like an insulator and had killed the efficiency of my stock radiator. Understandable after 180,000 miles. I replaced it with a two row stock replacement for the Del Slow from Radiator.com and i haven't had any problems since. If your concerned, do it. It's cheap insurance.
