Default Auto ECU verses Manual

Did a d16 swap, works, kinda ok...
Shop did the ecu mod, auto to manual, remove jumper and put in resistor. Auto lock CEL code now gone.
Seems slugish at 2500-3000 rpms.
Does anyone know where I can find out the difference in ECU mapping between models?
