Default Removing paint off GSR blades and polishing it???!!!!!!!

ok so im trading my painted GSR blades for some LS rims, act clutch and aem cam gear...the guy im trading em to wants to polish em

i know how to get the paint off with aircraift remover

when i painted the rims i sanded em down pretty good so its pretty rough from sanding...i started off with 400 then ended with 800

my question is will a polishing compound such as eagle one never dull or mothers fill in the sanding marks? i dont want the guy to be all pissed off

right.. just wet sand with 1000 and go up from there until smooth and then just use the polish compound. it will work. it'll take some work and a lot of time..
