Default fuel pressure regulator and fuel rail

im installing an aem universal fuel pressure regulator and a fuel rail, how do i adjust the fpr? and wat should i set it to? i have a b18b with intake, headers, manifold, exhaust

go out and buy a guage. b&m makes a good one. dont put a fpr on unless you have a guage. i beleive a good pressure is between 35 / 38

mine at idle is 42 and wot is 52 just buy the guage and it will tell you how to adjust and what all to do.
