Forget the bondo, unless you're ghetto as hell, then by all means, go about it that way if you want your stuff to in the back to start cracking, and your "dOeP" tail lights get moisture in them. If you're gonna do a conversion, do it right. Use sheet metal to fill in the gaps.
As a word of warning, Supra tail lamps on Civic hatchbacks are over done. I've seen dozens of showcar hatchbacks sporting those. If you want, you might as well use that money to do something else.

yea all you use is elmer's glue and scotch tape for the lights. then you use play-doh to fill in the holes and cracks. hope this helps!!
