i have a quick question about the components of a aem cai for a rsx.

well im about to purchase a used aem cai from someone and i wanna make sure nothing major is missing. any help would greatly help thx.

i would make sure you get a bypass valve too, and AEM is a waste of money unless you're getting it cheap. go with cheapest pipe you can find from ebay with a K&N filter

aem is not a waste of money. they did a lot of research on this and they came out with an intake that gives over 10whp. as for the question, make sure you have the pipe, filter, then extensions for the water bottle relocation

they did a lot of research on a pipe with an air filter on the end of it.
Therefore get a cheap pipe from ebay or make one from home depot for five bucks and get a k&n cone filter
