what do you mean while driving in neutral...you can't drive in neutral...unless you mean costing in neutral...

Regardless if it was in neutral and the motor was running while the timing belt snapped it could possible cause some bent valves.

was it an LS? if it was, there's a decent chance there's no harm. if it was GSR, sorry for you, your **** is f'ed.
