turbo(what i need)
hi i have a 1990 teg. the motor is an ls ans i was wondering what i need to safely run turbo, like as a dayly driver. the motor has about 130,000 miles on it. i was also wondering what the best turbo kits out there are for this motor. thanks hope some one will responded soon.
Do a search in the Forced Induction forum and read the FAQ's. LOTS of info there. but, you could run about 8 psi on you stock motor, just be sure to get it tuned and get proper fuel managment.

First, search, read and learn.....
Second, focus on engine management system and of course tuning is the most important. That is your reliability right there.
Don't buy **** parts...make sure if your buying used parts that you know the person your buying from or they are reputable. You also need to decide if you want a kit or if you want to piece together your own kit.
Also, how deep is your wallet?
