On a B series, the VSS is on the tranny by the final drive.

yup same here, all integra trannys are 2 bolt i believe, im thinking it could be an older jdm b16 out of like a sir2 or del sol dohc vtec

or you can always hook up a hamster in a wheel and gear it to the VSS so it can spin it as u drive...haha

Its not a 99-00 si vss, I replaced mine on my old si and it had only one bolt.

Not that I am saying you are crazy, but just a suggestion. I thought that my VSS stopped working but it turned out being that all my grounds needed replacing. I lived at the beach at the time so everything had become a corodded mess.

I believe the gear is the same. I have a gsr, si and ctr gear and they all look the same. If it isn't though just swap them. All you have to do is pull out the pin, then swap them and then put the pin back in.
