I was wondering what distributor cap and rotors you guys use on your jdm 1st gen b16a? I have been using 91 Integra LS but they make a loud clicking sound compared to the stock one.

Are you using the oem honda ones are some autozone ones? I bought a rotor from kragens and the rotor is a different looking design. More circular while the jdm one is not.

If the rotor is hitting the cap,
It is possible that the bearing inside is going bad...

I don't think it is. Cause when I put the stock one back in there is no loud noise anymore. It sounds normal.

I had another obd 0 distributor in which I would use the 91 integra cap and rotor assembly and the rotor would always come loose until one day the screw that goes into the rotor and the shaft snapped and half of it stayed inside the shaft. That's why I am very nervous about this. OH and I would always tighten it.
