Just dyno my 95 GSR today with 170hp and 117 tq. What should I be running? I'm a good driver and will be running on BFG slicks

Not gonna be 13's for sure. High 14s with a decent driver... maybe low 14's with slicks and a pro driving.

Now if it were in a civic hatch or something that would be different... but this is a GSR.

With slicks and some weight reduction you could hit high 13's.

why 117tq? ported head and stock cams or something? ****, my bolt-ons + cams LS has 131ft-lbs, and LSs are supposed to suck, remember? or was it a mustang dyno?

yeah but that much more? i've seen GSRs with similar mods as me and with higher compression pistons putting my same torque. if i upped my compression i'd get hella GSR killing torque. i've never seen a B18 that low on torque unless it's an old busted LS crap pile w/ lots of miles.

Keep your 60 ft times low and u should get at least low 14's on slicks...but as the thread rules state...asking is not going to do much...just run and post slips

Mods include:

CAI
4-1 header
High flow cat
2.25 exhaust piping
open exhaust
Skunk2 stage 1 cams
AEM camgears
Hondata s200
ACT street clutch
ACT Prolight Flywheel (8.8lb) I think that's why my tq is so low...
tuned by Dyno Spot Racing in San Jose..

My older brother has a 95 GSR with CAI, header, high flow cat, Exhaust, Chip, ACT 6 puck, No A/C or PS, and Nitto 555Rs drags. He ran 14.4 at 99mph... I couldn't believe it with my own eyes (I know it's hard to believe but he did run that time).

The Hondata s200 will also help me out alot in 1/4 because of the 3 step launch system, and the full throttle shifting mode...
