Default HELP: alternator fuse keeps blowing when key trun to on postion

my car is an 96 hatch with ls motor swap just got my car running and my car won't charge then i just the fuse which is blown and replaced it but when i trun the key to the on postion it blows again. i put an volt a meter on it and turn the key back to on postion and it reads 9.88amps and when the car is on it's at 13.99

sounds like you might have a short somewhere....same thing happed to my 98 hatch...I found two wires with some insulation missing, touching under the dash... it was from a previous alarm install.

i got it fits it was the o2 rubbing on the body
