Default **HELP** My door won't close...I don't know what I did *HELP*

Ok so my door won't close now that I did something to the latch connecting piece (i'll get pics up in a second) but I rotated this plastic piece, then it locked on me and couldnt go back. I rotated it again thinking I could get it back around but it got me in a postition to where I can't go forward or backwards!?? What do I do!??? How can i fix this!!?
Heres how it looks NOW

And here how it is SUPPOSED to look

Hahaha yeah my doors been slightly out of line for I dont know how long and I was messin with the wheather stripping cause it came undone in one spot (resulting from the door being out of line) so next thing ya know, for some odd reason I hit that white piece and it rotated.

I did the same thing in my mom's old 86 Cressida when I was little. Took me a while to figure out how to fix it.
