will a 4-2-1 dc header for a B18C fit a B18a?
Well yes and no... Yes it will bolt to the head, and the manifold flange will bolt up, but the length will almost surely be wrong... If you got it, you may have to have the exhaust extended to push the cat up to the header...

Yes, this is pretty much correct. The header will bolt to the head, but it should be too short and will not have an o2 bung. So, you will probably need to get a short little pipe with flanges on either side, and an o2 bung in the middle, in order to get the shorter 94-99 GSR header to mate with your 91 LS cat. In addition, the 90-91 Integra has the o2 on the left most runner of the header, rather than at the collector, like the 92-93, so you will need to extend the o2 wire as well.
