its listed as a nonoperational...if a car is not runing meaning no motor...meaning shell...thats what the dmv registers it at. It wasnt my doing, it was the guy who got the car before me while he was swaping...then got lazy. All you have to do is get the motor you want in and smog it...same as registering it then you will get the pink slip. i have all the paperwork so it is lagit...and me and the guy signed an agrement. I called the dmv and was gonna get the tittle for it, but i cant they need a smog so what do you want me to do??? cant do anything... so...it really isnt a big thing just swap the motor u want and smog and u get it. same thing u have to do to register it

if someone is serious we can go to the dmv together no problem with me. When i called the lady said i jsut have to come in get the paper work and they will get me a new pink slip. until it is runing she said it is listed as nonoperational.

well then shoot me an offer it does say obo....but i mean for a shell this clean and with the work done iam not leting it go for cheap. you have to understand that. people sell peace of crap shells for like 1500 or so. **** i sold my old wrecked one for 800 bucks. Its hard to find them in this condition...alot on the car is doen for you so its not like u have to do much.
