Nope...only Si and VTEC models have EL from 94+. The S model has the same cluster from 92-96.
If your car has no EL Speedo/Tach, then you need (without doing a shiateload of wire splicing):
1. EL Gauge cluster
2. Attached harness to Inverter
3. Inverter
4. Dash wiring harness
5. Dimmer relay
Trust me, I'm doing my swap as we speak. This is the only way to make it plug-n-play. Without all five parts it won't work as intended and you will have to do mass-splicing.
***EDIT***: Some have done it without getting the dimmer relay and still had it work plug-n-play style. My guess is that their gauges simply don't dim when you turn on your lights at night is all. (From my understanding, this relay controls not only your dimmer switch functionality, but it also functions in dimming down the EL gauges when you turn on your lights to lower the brightness when it is dark out, considering that your analog gauges do not need any night-time dimming I assume that the non-EL dimmer relay does not have this functionality.)
Hope that explains things...
