Whats the differance between the JDM H22 Intake manifold and a USDM H22a4 intake manifold? I know the injectors are differant but what else is? Is the Throttle body the same?

 

pretty sure the injector is the only difference. TB and everything else should be the same. There may be a different mounting point on the bottom of the IM for the older H22A motor vs a new style H22A4 ( all the atts provisions and stupid ****) I have both manifolds and thats the only possible difference i see.

 

nothing other than injectors and the fuel rail is different but that doesn't count as part of the mani,

if your asking if it will bolt up yes is the answer, the TB should be the same as well

 

I bought a JDM intake manifold for my 98 H22a4. I know that I need the 98 Injectors, but can I use the JDM fuel rail?

 

does anyone know the size of the jdm intake manifold injectors

If its a OBD1 JDM h22 then the throttle bodies will be different. The size should be the same but the MAP sensor locations will be different. The OBD1 uses a firewall mounted MAP sensor while the OBD2 motor uses a TB mounts MAP sensor.
