Civic -to- Accord Front Lip
My buddy just got his car back from the autobody shop. They fixed his 97 Civic HB. He had a 99/00 Civic front lip, but the shop couldn't install it.
Out of curiosity, we held it up to my 90 Accord Sedan. It fit snug around my oem lip. It stuck out in the front a little, but when I pushed it in, it looked perfect. Some strong double sided tape/foam or glue should hold the front in.
So just by holding it up, this CTR front lip for an 96-98 Civic looks pretty sweet on my 90 Accord. I'll actually install it some time next week once I get a day off and post pics. I believe the lip came from jdmdhit.com. Now this would not work if I didn't have a factory lip already on my car.

I prefer it white.
You cut out the middle of the lip?
I'd only go with some clear bumper lenses, but as you said and I agree...
