EK B16a2 power steering pump help!
Well well well...I've got my swap in and it runs awsome. I have a/c also which works like a charm. I however don't have power steering.
When I was looking into doing the swap alot of people say "you dont need it" "it sucks power" blah blah blah. Try to part with seven inch wide tires and no P.S. it sucks.
So here we go...
Motor arrives and a/c is my main concern. I order the p7j a/c bracket for a CRV to keep my A/C. The bracket works gem and is half the price of the p54 del sol bracket. The swap goes in the car and I enjoy while putting power steering on the back burner.
Now I want some p/s so I order a 99-00 SI high pressure line. Everything is hooked up and I find out I have a GSR pump. I call the shop I got the motor from and tell them whats going on, they say sorry and say they are going to send me a "pump that will work". Here is what UPS brought me today.
On the right:

It looks to be a D series pump. The high pressure line fits fine but it doesnt bolt up anywhere close to fitting right. Here are some more pictures:

This is the bottom backet that came with my motor labeled "P54"
This is the top bracket labeled "p30"

I'm 99% sure I was sent a D series pump but I wanted some more opinions before I called and asked for another pump. Thanks for any imput.
