lsvtec people
i would use premium if i were you. its a lot better for your engine. i remember reading it on howstuffworks.com that the higher octane is a lot better for vtec engines since they rev so high. i know its expensive but its your best bet.
yea thats what i though cause i got a **** load of engine work.
But this is what happened I got the car and it had like a half tank of gas and i drove it to the 1/4 tank mark then i put in 89 octane and drove fine. Now yesterday I notice my tank was on the "E" mark so I pull up to the gas station and put in 89 octane and like 10 minutes down the road the car started hesitating and the idle went down then jumped back up. So I was like what the ....? So i just wanted to know if it could be because of the fuel. This suck that i gotta spend $2.50
a gallon for fuel, i guess less driving for me
Thanks
