To answer your question, if you remove the kick panel on the passenger side floorboard (where your right foot nike swoosh touches when in the passenger seat) you will see a little plug, blue if I am not mistaken. It has two holes. Bend a paper clip to look like a U and shove it in both ends. Now turn the ignition to accessory. Long blinks will come first and are the ten digits. Short blinks will come next and are one digits.
long-long-short-short-short would be 23, etc.

I got 1 short blink then a pause and then it repeats itself. I drove around until the CEL came on, then I pulled over and thats what i got. Does this mean everything is ok, a code 1 or a code 10?
check the Basic guide to accords. it has a how to check and a list of all ecu codes
but if need be here is a link to a list of all the codes

well, I guarantee in a few months after using this forum and getting many upon many helpful answers, tips, and ideas, you will see why signing up is not gay, however an opening into a new family.
so anyways, I dont know the answer to your question, but if you don't know how to read an ecu or know the codes, your probably not going to be able to fix the problem yourself.
peace

You could unplug your IACV & make it throw a code 14, then you'll recognize the difference between long & short...
just because i did not know how to pull a code doesnt mean i cant fix the problem. I pulled the code in 5 min after i asked. Thanks for your o2
Thanks for your help
Now i would appreciate if someone can tell me what code means everything is ok

When it's good (no errors stored) the CEL isn't on during driving, & when you jumper the connector the CEL comes on solid & doesn't blink at all.

Code 1 = Primary O2 sensor malfunction. That means you need to replace the O2 sensor located at the exhaust manifold
