I got a 99 civic coupe and im planning on getting my complete JDM ITR swap at http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/ now i got a few question for you honda enthusiast.Im pretty sure a lot of newbie like me here wanna know this too.
i've seen a couple of site online that has this kind of swap write up before but all of them is USDM ITR so im not sure if they are the same JDM.

1.what do i need to get before i swap the engne? for instance mounts,brackets and etc?
2.is there any modification to the catalytic converter? if there is any modification to the cat i just want to know if there is any after market cat that i can purchase that is made for swaps from D to b series engines.
3.do i need to get new spark plugs,spark plug wires & distributor cap?
4.do i need to play w/ the ECU like wiring and all that or do i just have plug and play whatever came w/ the motor package?
5.i realize that the JDM type r integra go more compression than the usdm.now i just want to know if i need to get a higher octane gas b4 the swap?
6.do i get a lot girls for doin this swap?(dont mind this last question)

 

aight ill make the question shorter.so somebody can help me out.Is there any difference between swaping a usdm and the jdm ITR swap in a 99 civic ex?
please help cuz imma do the swap next month.

 

how about this even easier question cuz i just need a yes or no answer to this one.
if i get the jdm comple swap for ITR(obd2) and it comes w/ ECU and wiring harness do i have to just take off my old wiring harness and install the wiring harness that came w/ the complete swap?
