Default 1996 Prelude questions

Ok, I want to build a complete new motor for a 1996 prelude. It's gotta hold up with a garret turbo (T4 still top of the line??). What block do you all think I should go with? And cams....can't really decide what pair I wanna throw in.

Opinions wanted!!

Go with the H22. Bore it out (I think you can hit just under 2.4L, not sure tho), sleeve it, get forged internals, good headwork, and you'll be happy.

stick with 92-96 blocks as they are closed deck, as for cams stick with the stock ones unless u plan on pushing 450+whp...and this is just a shot in the dark but im guessing u got a lot to learn before turboing...
