Neuspeed Race Spring Install
I just installed a set of Neuspeed Race Springs. Lowers the car 2 in. all the way around. It looks great. Anyways, I noticed a sort of rattle/vibration after the install when I go over bumps slowly. Anyone else have this issue and know what it is? I raised the car back up and looked to make sure I tightened everything, but I did not see anything that jumped out at me. This only seems to be the left rear. Any help would be great. It doesn't seem to be serious, but i don't know.
it's probably the spring hitting the top of the shock assembly, (cap you take off to take the springs out) this happens when you lower a car with just springs because the shocks is too long for the springs
What are you talking about? The spring hitting the top of the shock assembly? The spring always hits the top of the shock assembly, even with stock springs. It has to to hold the car up.
it hits it because of the shorter spring and with stock shocks.... stock shocks are made to the length of the stock springs. so when you use lowering springs it's too short for the shocks. it's hard to explain but to give you an idea of what i'm talking about, raise the car on jacks and shake the spring.. this also happens when you go over bumps/dips

i had those damn springs in my ep3 a while ago and didnt have that problem. try tightening the bolts in the upper rear towers or maybe the spring isnt sitting flush inside the strut.
When you raise the car up, the spring is still tight and can not be moved. If your springs are loose when you raise your car up, you have a serious problem. The shock collapses to the size of the spring, that's why stock shocks go bad faster with lowered springs.
