squeaking/rubbing sound after new axle install
well as some of you know i had a problem with my car vibrating while speeding up and making clicking sounds when turning... so i went ahead and replaced the problem axle. The install went smoothly besides having some problems with popping the ball joint out and pushing the new axle all the way into transmission. After 2 hours (incluidng lunch) all was said and done and i took her out for a test drive... at first everything was perfect. But i took a hard left turn and i heard the squeaking/rubbing sound, it wasnt the same sound the car was mkaing before, only makes it on hard turns and isnt as loud.
There are a few things that I feel may be causing the problem, but i need some H-T advice. The rubber boot on the ball joint was in the way while i used the ball joint remover, and although I dont think I tore it, if it did tear would that cause the problem?
and the main thing that I could think of as to why this is happening is because, I couldnt for the life of me get the drain plug on the transmission and i figured that either, i would have to deal with it leaking/spilling out when i took out the axle and then using the VSS sensor hole to fill it back up. But when I pulled out the axle, nothing came out, no spillage/leakage. I didnt think to much of it, and since i was just gonna take the car in for an oil change that would have them do the tranny while they were there.
Which one of these do you think could be causing my dilemna? thanks!

Not sure on the sound, but no fluid certainly can't be good. This is a manual I'm assuming? Are you absolutely positive its not the bearing or suspension/steering related?
