Default another timing belt question/problem for the engine geniuses

i changed my timing belt on my integra. engine is a dual-overhead cam. first time changing a dual cam. the problem is that now the engine sounds like the one of the cams is off a little. the exhaust makes these queit backfiring sounds. is there any way to go back and figure out if one or both cams are off? i'm basically stuck and dont know what the hell to do.
