If I look at the front of my car from the top, the center of the front bumper, where it meets the hood...
The bumper looks a lil "ahead" of the hood, or the hood seems a lil short, one or the other. I think the hood warped back toward the windsheild (shrank).
Is the hood supposed to meet with the edge of this ledge or where it is now?
Thanks!

Its either:
A: out of alignment.
B: the carbon fiber hood isn't exactly the right size so its a tad short.
If its aligned right on the back then the hood is slightly smaller then what it should be. Honestly it doesn't look to bad in my opinion.

ok so in the center of the hood mount there is this groove, there was no screws or screwholes in it but it looks like its what allows adjustability.
So i screwed a self-tapping screw in there on either side and took out the 2 bolts that previsouly held the hood (on either side)...
So.. now the hood does fit much better! Problem is, there is only 1 scre on each side and it isnt holding on very firm, the other 2 screholes are not over a hole, so i would need to drill and screw in there.
So how do i get a screw into fiberglass tho? I tried on one side top and bottom, and it just spun and spun.... do i need to get like drywall screw and drill a hole and use them?
pics coming soon
