Ok finaly got a chance to take a few pictures. Still needs lots of work. Hasn't been wet sanded and it could be fitting a little nicer. But it still turns heads.
bit of history...
I modded the **** out of the body and got it painted a few years ago. I really got tired of it and planned to take it back to stock. So 2 weeks ago my alternator broke down and I had to get towed. Turned out the guy driving was the owner of the shop and they also do body work. I jokingly said "yeah I have to keep that in mind because I want to make my car look stock again."
Turns out the young kid working there has a civic and took a real liking to the body work on my car. So they made me a great offer. Take my parts, put stock on and paint it free!!! Man what a ******* lucky break!!!
Ok so here are what it used to look like.

So here are a few pictures I took today.

You can see it still needs some work. Rear fenders need to be replaced with new panels. I would still like to replace the sides with stock but they look ok for now. The exhaust is out the door very soon. 3 inch from the turbo back should be in within 6 weeks. New blaupnkt and infinity stereo is sitting on the shelf in the garage right now. Larger throttle body and intake manifold will come soon. Then on to making it even more of a performance car. Lexan rear windows, carbon sunroof plug and remove ac. After that should be lighter and pushing 300hp. Should be way more fun then once person should have before summers over.

good luck pushing 300whp with a greddy 15g kit, those turbo top out at about 250ish max.
and lower the car a bit, but very nice change
from HUGE RICE to nice, your bay is still kinda rice, with the twin filters on the turbo, just run a screen

Think I need to change the turbo? I don't make anymore power after 8lbs. Put it down to the stock throttle body and 2.5 inch exhaust.
Oh and I just put the twin filter on the car. I liked that it's plastic.
If anything I figure the valve cover is kinda a funky blue. I blame it on the bad lighting when I picked up the paint.
I know you guys like the cars lower but how it is set it handles perfect. I wouldn't even think of touching it.

Yeah not gonna bitch about a few spots in the engine bay. Would take alot of work to paint those spots.
The suspension is ground controls with konis. Probably only dropped about 1/2 inch to 1 inch. I have enourmous tires on the car so it looks very tall. But it handles like a freaking monster.
I painted the valve cover today. They had very poor lighting in the paint store and I chose the wrong color I guess.
Can't wait to change the exhaust so I can roll up on unsuspecting victims.
