Also I didn't realize it at first but I say a couple guys come over to me in the staging lanes ans mention that I had a clean car. Well when I finally looked over and saw him sitting in his Quick class CRX it was Tony Garcia. I wanted to say what's up to him, but I kow how people try to mentally prepare to race and I didn't want to bother him.

And to everyine else that came up to me and gave me props or just wanted to see the car and talk to me.

That is what makes the 5.5 hour trip from Nor Cal worth it.

Next time for sure. Are you coming up next weekend for CMU in Sac? If so hit me up. I am going to tune a guys car for that meet. I dropped mine off today for the parachute/cage weld in finally. I will be back down for one of the BOTI in July as well as IDRC in Arizona, and Palmdale later this year. Will probably hit NHRA in Pomona, and Las Vegas.

Don't know about cmi. I'm gonna retune the car tomorrow, the power was way down this weekend. A LOT of problems. we'll see.

 

Me or Garcia? I am strongly thinking about it. I will most likely make the trek down there. Never raced/been there myself yet.

Nah man i didnt get a chance to meet up with no one that weekend, i was helping out my homies car in the pro am all mtoor class, and i was also helping out my homie with his turbo car, and when i wasnt with either of them i was filming next to the gaurd rail , so i never got to meet anyone but a couple of people i spoke to in the lanes on sat and sunday...

but for sure man BOTI all the way, hopefully it will be a better turn out, but from what i have seen in the past, it will be a GOOD turnout
