Come take a look 05 RSX-S BOM PICS inside.
WOW, that looks amazing. How many miles were on it when you got in it? When I got in mine I was so happy to see only 000005 on the cluster. lol
Good luck with it. Do you have any plans for it? Currently I just want to make some payments. lol But only minor stuff is in my cars future.

Nice choice, it's so expensive. I have to save up for a while before I can get into the coilovers. I'm still unsure if the current Basic Dampner system will work. It says "in production" for the 05's.

You asked for comments about your new Type S.
Initially, I just looked at your pics. Now, several hours later, I decided I should go back, take a moment or two and tell you that your RSX Type S is a genuinely outstanding looking automobile. The color you chose is perfect for a car in Florida. In the Nation's capital it would be too colorful, but it's perfect for Florida.
But I came back to your post for another reason. When you back out of this page, you'll see that two blocks above your post is a multi-page post about broken transmissions and grinding gears. At least half of the posters insist they did nothing to cause the problems they are now experiencing. Let's assume they are correct: that the Acura Type S tranny (EP3 tranny, etc.) is flawed. The problem -- if there is one -- apparently exists in all models and all years, including yours. Knowing that, I came back to your post to urge that you treat your new transmission with great care. Give the new synchromesh cones a chance to work as you move the shift level from gear to gear. Allow the transmission oil to circulate for a few minutes by driving slowly for a block or two during the next few weeks. Never forget it's a machine -- once broken, synchromesh rings never fix themselves. The alternative is to join the group above rather than continuing to experience the feeling that caused you to post your pix.
Again, great color choice.

I appreciate your feedback. I spoke to a tech at Acura about above said and he assures me that those problems have all been worked out in the new '05's. I will still treat it carefully though. Thanks man..
