ur lame......... my n1 ******* kicks ***.... ive had it for a year now. perfect sound, perfect performance, no rust. pull that muff off... put some new pipin' on that bitch and get the **** out!!!!!!! hahahah kinda in a peppy mood as u can all see.. hahaha

Nope. N1's welds are really crappy. I live in FL where theres no such road salt or harsh winters like up north and my friend's N1 axle back rusted right at the weld and almost broke off....Rewelded it though and its like new.

I've had an N1 on my car since 2000 and have had no problems with it and I live in NY. And as far as the sound goes I'm pretty happy with mine compared to some of my freinds ridiculously loud exhausts. It does have some oxidation though that I'm not a huge fan of but uh well thats ny.

I have seen that before with the N1, they should of used stainless steal wire. Any welds will rust over time though, well if there not stainless steal.
On another note, I just installed an rs-r on a customers car and the flanges were a bit warped due to welding, you would think for $500 you would get a perfect system.

I bought the Apexi N1 muffler {not the crappy cat back piping from Apexi} I went to a muffler shop and had it put on for $60.00 and that is including pipe and all labor. My Apexi N1 is great. And really loud.
P.S. If you want to have a muffler that will last like 10 years get a stock one and not a can muffler.

Wow, glad I spent 100 for the HKS instead of the 500 I was going to spend. I also like the deepness of it. Just wish it was even quieter. I like a quiet ride, the body kit and white rims stand out enough.
