Default cleaned her up while waiting for exhaust...

well, I just finished building this thing and now she's waiting for an exhaust so it can be fully tuned. did everything myself...

I know the rims are old but I put them on for now until I get the new rims, although I think the old enki zoku rims look good on this car. my stock rims have snow tires on so I need something that will hold whatever traction it can...

update:
NEW PLAN:

-tone down the red by replacing half the vacum hose with black and spark wires also black.
-de-badge the entire back (leave the H)
-looking at getting SSR competition 16x7.5 rims (11.5lbs each)
-or buddy club

anyone suggest other rims for me to check out?? (light weight)

A little ricey, but overall looks good.

If you like it, then that's all that matters

haha, ok so its just me that thinks the rims look kinda good? yeah the SIR badge will go, it was on the car when I bought it, just never took it off.

damn you guys are harsh, only thing on the car is rims and you say its too ricey? I was thinking I wanted a little rice to make it more sleeper. it looks suspicous with stock rims...

so you think I should have the stock rims back on?

red hoses are to match the red engine... do you think that should go too? should I not do anything to the car?

yeah I was affraid I put a little too much red under the hood... so should I change all the hoses to black? or maybe just put a black spark plug cover on there to make up for it?

I wanted black spark plug wires but they only had red... my old ones were yellow.

ahh I'm stressed! no man it's cool, I posted on this appearance forum to get ideas for looks now that I have time... until now ALL my effort went into the engine/turbo setup. the AEM spark plug cover came from a shop that did work on my last motor (they ripped me off), the chrome valve cover came with the car when I bought it (along with the SIR badge)... as for the rest of the red parts well, while building the motor I just started ordering parts in red... now everything is red so I started puting as much black in there as I can to set it off.

the enki rims were from my old civic and I just need something other then snow tires that are on my stock rims... the wing is stock.

so now you know that I did not go all out with the ricey intentions.

the only thing I painted to match the block was the vtec solinoid... so I don't understand what your saying is weird??

ok so I plan to tone down the red under the hood... more feedback

thanks for the feedback! ok I got that the rims are out, they stay on until the car gets tuned because snow tires on a dyno wont work to well...

there's not much red lume at all, in fact I think you only see two pieces, the rest is actual hose. I just got all the vacum hose in red.

so if I switch the red hose to black and got black spark plug wires think that would look cleaner?

stock wheels, oem valve cover, get rid of all the red, and lose the SiR badge and your good to go!
