Window tint will you get you verbally beaten on this forum.
I think anything lighter than 35% tint is a waste of money if blocking sunlight is your objective, however, if UV protection is you goal, then I suppose any good tint will work.
I, for one, love my 15% tint. I could care less what patrons of H-T say. In sunny So Cal, the sun is pain in the *** sometimes. My Black Fly's only block out so much.

35% is the limit in kansas ... i have 20% and the cops dont care ... friend had 5% for like 2 years and just got a ticket ... 15% is nice
i use the tint to block light .. 20% is not even that dark you car see into it easy in the day .. but night it is hard ... it is not to much tint makes the car look alittle better ... esp. if it is black
