im not nearly as active in the import scene as i used to be w/ building cars and being just "a part" of it all... but i am still working as a photographer in the industry - see this month's (may issue) of modified mag, 8 page spread of mine for the philly auto salon.

won 1st place jdm at the drift event in dirty jersey this past weekend

all top notch, jdm parts, obvious stuff would be cusco cage, spoon wheels, j's racing componants, top secret, samco hoses, some other jdm ****... ill post the full list when my friend emails it to me

Probably becasue it's a death trap.

 

and that its just bling, does not help safety at all

 

and it looks wack to have a full roll cage without a hardtop...

 

your car would look a lot better with AP2 Headlights.

I have a question about the cusco cage? Curious as to why you guys think its a death trap. I am not doubting anybody, just want to know cuz i have never heard anything about it. Personally i think they suck, and people should build there own, but I have never heard of them being unsafe?

P.S. I can kind of see why now haha.

unsafe? they do not meet any FIA standards. If you have that bar, it will not pass SCCA or NASA requirements. If you look closely, you have a nut/bolt about 4 inches from your head on that cage. Imagine flipping or jumping up in your seat, you would have a hole in your head. literally!

 

Do you have harnesses?

Wierd how they could produce something like that then. Confused me i guess. Pisses me off when people buy **** for looks, and dont really use it. Function over gay fashion.

thats Chris's car...Hes VRwhat on s2ki.com...Ive meet him once or twice, but his car had the 5 point cage when i saw it at the show last year...Looking good non the less...
