ZC cams have 8 lobes per cam
Z6 cams have 25 lobes per cam
B series cams have 12 lobes per cam...
Now do the math.

To clarify it even more, a dohc motor has two cams, one for the intake valves and one for the exhaust valves. They are not interchangable. Sohc's have one cam for both sets of valves, so, there will be twice as many lobes. And a sohc vtec will have even more lobes. So you will have to buy a SET of cams for the dohc zc. The reasons not to use any sohc or b-series cams should now be self explanitory.

B-series camshafts are also about 2 inches longer than D-series camshafts due to greater cylinder to cylinder spacing on the B-series
I think if you go to http://www.dh-racing.com you can buy the parts or you may have to send them your head and they can modify to use b18a/b cams and then you have a world of cams to choose from.

again, B-series camshafts are about 2 inches longer than the D-series head - d-h racing doesn't convert the ZC head to use B-series cams, only to use the LS valve train
