What hose is this called exactly when Autozone people look it up?
I need the hose that connects to the water pipe, the opening on the left that comes out towards the picture. Mine is leaking, so I need to replace it, but the people at Autozone don't know what hose I'm talking about.
In this picture, it's the hose that is above the oil filter attached to the water pipe.

they probably don't stock it, you'd either have to order it from honda, or jsut get a length of 3/8" hose and cut it yourself.
edit: nevermind, I think I was looking at it backwards... its a heater hose, correct? it goes to the heater core, through the firewall?</TD></TR></TABLE>
It runs directly from the water pipe to the head (right underneath the distributor). I don't have a heater. So those w/ a heater, it goes to the heater, and then back to the head?

I'm going back to my original answer: heater hose

edit: yes, if you don't have a heater, then it would go to the spot that the "B-17-30" attaches to the head.
can you even get a prelude w/o a heater? if not, then it'd be a custom length hose, or you'd have to use a brass fitting to put the two together.

Thank you very much, it's a great help. I just did not know what it was called officially.
No, you cannot buy a Prelude w/o the heater. The heater was taken out to save weight, and the two hoses were joined together with a fitting.
