Default Wierd problems with a b16 into CRX. Any help here?

Alright there are some wierd problems going on with my friend's CRX. First off it is a B16A engine running off of a PR3 ecu. First it was throughing a code IAT but changing the sensor it cleared that code and now there are no engine codes being thrown at all. But it still won't start. It does turn over and soung like it wants to start so we checked the usual things as in spark and fuel.

Well it sparks but when we test fired the injectors all but cylinder number 2 sprayed. So we changed that injector and it still didn't spray. So we then checked out the AEM fuel rail for anything clogging the rail itself but needless to say it was clean. Then putting it back together none of them fired at all and on top of that the fuel pump doesn't turn on when you turn the key. Hotwiring the fuel pump we found out it still works but it still doesn't turn on. No codes are being thrown. We really have no idea what the heck is going on here. Any ideas?

We checked continuity between the ecu harness and the injectors to make sure it was getting through because you never know with an old wiring harness but everything was fine...

Any ideas on what to check or what to look for? I am stumped.

Change your main relay and see if that helps your problem.

Thanks for the good idea. Any other problems you can think of to look for other than the relay? Just want to get some ideas for other things to look for while I am at it helping my bud out.

If your fuel pump works, yet it doesn't turn on when you turn the key it is your main relay, so if you replace that with a working one everything should be fine.
