the car had gunmetel or black rims with crhome lip. i was driving my sisters silver 4dr 99 civic ex, with rice lights, brown 5zigen rims and crap. you pulled up behind me in concord center and folled me for a while then i think u went to car wash. i needed to be somewhere so i couldn't stop. but i have a black ep3 of my own. i havnet seen any ep3s around here besides old guys driveing them. it was around 4:30 sunday afternoon 4/17, i need another person with an ep3 around here, cause my friends all think their cars are better
