Some of you may remember my post back in February about how I got hit by a drunk driver that left the scene, and the officer who wouldn't file it as a hit and run, leaving me with this:



Well, I finally got the owner of the vehicle's insurance information. I gave them my statement, and the driver (owner's sister) refused to answer any phone calls or letters sent to her from said insurance company.

Finally, 7 weeks later, the higher ups at the insurance company got together and discussed my case, and they accepted my claim.

About two hours later, my car was in the shop and I was in a rental, happy as a pig in ****.

Anyway, on with the pics:

Sweet The only thing I'm not digging is the pocket under the radio. I know it's a small gripe.

But I think it cost the owner's insurance company around $3,100.

Yeah, the lighting today sucks outside.. And I did some crappy photoshopping.. lol

yeah thats what i thought....the red looks alittle darker

I'm going through a similar situation.. how'd you get the company to force the bitch to own up? I have a feeling I"m going to need to do the same.
