Default help for someone who doesn't know @#$% about cars!

I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX V-6. The clock works fine, but I think the light is burned out. I can't see the time at night. Should I check the fuses? If so, which one? Is this light supposed to be light at night or when I have the headlights on? HELP!

The clock lights blow out all the time on the 6gen accords for some reason. They sell bulb replacements for 3 bucks at honda. Or ebay:

stinker504 is correct... I just wanted to add that the backlight for the clock comes on once the key is in the "on" position, whether your headlights are on or not.
