Default buying prelude

hey guys I just test drove a 1997 honda prelude today, and loved it besides the fact that it pulls to the right quite harshly, and it had squeaky brakes, but other then that it seemed pretty good, it has 125,000KM on it, and seemed to be kept in pretty good condition, anyways thought I would msg you guys and see what to look for I will be brining it to work on the weekend and putting it on the hoist to check the undercarriage, is there anything these cars are bad for, or that i should be on the look out for, and i will also be doing a compression test, so what compression should i be looking for, thanks in advance guys, wish me luck!
PS the VIN is JHMBB614XVC800624, i don't know how much you guys can tell from that, but i think you can tell the standerd options and stuff but iam not sure thanks guys!

do a little searching and you should find out what the compression should be like. Also what kind of engine do you have?

Check the CV boots.

Check to see if the ignition recall have been done.

Is it pulling to the right under hard breaking or when driving because if its pulling to the right under driving have the undercarriage checked out before you buy it by a professional.

Not all accidents are reported. And tell the guy to align it BEFORE you buy it. If he causes problems tell him you'll add it to the price of the car. Make him show you the report from the alignment people too, they sometimes notice things like that. Finally, take it to the honda dealership. This month there's a 40 point inspection for free. Have it done while you're there before you buy it.

Make sure to check to see if they replaced the front balljoint, I cannot remember what one (upper passenger), but there is a recall on that also.

I would check the front struts if it's pulling like that. I had my car pulling to the right one time, pretty badly. I pulled the front strut only to find that all the fluid had leaked out and I could basically push it in and out like a freaking accordian!! No effort whatsoever!! haha, replaced it with another stock shock and I was good to go.
