antenna?
Hey, the one thing that i hate about my car is the damn antenna, it looks redicalous but i cant afford to get it shaved and painted, so does anyone have any suggestions? I never listen to the radio so i dont care if it works or not, just wish it wernt there.
You could buy a block off plate. There is a guy that lives in SoCal and works at a Honda dealership that sells them from time to time. Look in the classifieds forum.
jhpusa.com has the H.O.P. antenna block off plate
i dont use my radio at all and i hate the antenna as well so i bought this its only like 5 bucks its cheap and it looks sleak.

I've always been curious, when you put on the block off plate, do you have to pull the antenna wire? I'd like to ditch mine, but I'm not willing to reinstall the antenna if I ever sell the car or anything.
The antenna wire is soldered to the antenna so you could cut it or just get under the dash and disconnect it from the radio and pull it out... I have to agree with Daniel san though, shaving is the only way to go!
I got mine shaved when I painted my car and it's the ****!

indeed sir. unplug? there are no screws? i swear my **** is like stuck. i havent had the chance to hop inside my trunk yet so i wouldn't know. i want to install a power/automatic one. will the ones they sell on ebay work? by the way, mine broke. that's why.
well what i did is i just removed the stock one and pushed the antenna down into the hole that it comes out of.
i believe that if i were to take the block off blate and put my oem one on it would still work because i still get reception. here a pic of what mine looks like

ive enjoyed it since day 1
