On Thursday evening, I was pushing my car a bit on the highway but when it came to 5th gear, sometimes it would grind and sometimes it wouldn't....it wasn't a bad/loud grind...it was just a small grind. This is where it gets weird, when I shifted fast, it wouldn't grind but when I shifted slowly it would grind, but this doesn't happen all the time...this is the 2nd time I've went through this. I'm thinking its the carpet (I have winter carpets in right now, too think maybe?)because as soon as I removed it, it wasn't doing it no more..so who knows....what are you inputs on this?
