Picture request: 5% and 20% window tint... Need help deciding...
Well... One of the only quality tint shops around here only does 5% and 20% tints... I was hoping to do 10%-15% But.... I cant. So, I'd like to see what 20% looks like so I can decide if I want it or not... Thanks in advance.
Think about it like this...0% tint lets in NO light and 100% lets in all light. So 5% is gonna be REALLY dark, and it's also illegal to have on your front window. Even 10-15 is really dark and in most states i'm pretty sure that's illegal too.
Here's a little site to see how some tints look (courstest of Honuh Chicken)

20% doesnt seem too dark according to that website. And I figure as long as I'm on par with the tint suv's have.... I'll be alright?
Most SUVs have the legal limit. I doubt any cars are comming from the factory with illegal tint. I could be wrong, but it just doesn't make sense. And 20% tint is pretty dark. BTW, 35 is REALLLLY light...
Here is a pic of someone with 25 on the front, 15 in the back: (Jon like whoa's car)
Here's 35 (sorry don't know who the owner is, pm me i'll take it down):

Damn... 25% on that lude looks good... I'll see if this shop does 25%... If they do.. I'll see if I can get 25% front and 20% rear. I don't wanna be able to tell too much of a difference between the front and rear.
Thanks for the input so far.

yo 20% is the color you see on most of the back of suvs and minivans. It is still pretty dark.
20%front 5% back. Looking at the car it is hard to make out who is inside. Definately check your tint laws. Most states outlaw mirror tint, and allow a certain percentage of tint up front. If you go to a tintshop they will tell you what is legal and whats not.
