Is your fuel pump priming?

Did you plug the fuel pump back in. Or check on the fuse or whatever for the pump? Can you here the pump if you turn the key on? It can take a while to bleed the fuel lines. Take the bleeder bolt off the fuel filter and see if there is fuel there and if there is then loosen the line on the rail and see if you have any fuel there. Then check and see if there is any fuel going through the return.

Its not a click, its a hum that you listen for. Check this fuse, it might be blown:

In this pic its a 25 amp but yours should be 15.

Good have a bad fuel pump. Check to see you are getting power or if you have a ground qith a tester (looks like a screw driver with a cord and a liught). To test for power connect the clip to a ground and probe the positive wire on the pump. To test for ground connect the wire to the positive side of the battery (you'll need something to extend the wire) and probe the ground wire at the pump. If both of those are good then you need a pump if there are no elecrtical problems.

Not sure how can test it without the tester. If you go to an autoparts store they should have one of them for just like $20. You don't need a meter, just something that turn a light on if there is anything going to the pump. You might even be able to rig something up yourself with some aligator clips and a light bulb.
