h22 cam timing

h22 cam timing

hello can anyone tell me what the best all motor setting low to high end is? right now I have them set at 2degrees retard for exhaust and 2 degrees advanced for intake.any info would be greatly apreciated. thanx

You need to find out what would be best by getting the car on a dyno.

i would set them at 0, then I would go and advance or retard them on the dyno for maximum power, but thats up to you man
