Default gsr header fit in ls?

I've curently got a turbo'd '99 ls that I'm looking to return to stock. I have a friend that has a complete header->cat->muffler exhaust system off of either a '99 or '00 gsr. I was wondering if the gsr parts will fit in my ls without trouble? Thanks for your help.

The complete setup will fit, but I know the 99 GSR header by itself won't fit, I'm not sure when they switched to standard length headers but it's possible that the 00 won't fit either. If you get it, make sure you get everything and you won't have a problem.

Yeah, Kendall is right, the whole setup will work perfectly. But if you decide to just use the header, only the 00-01 GSR header would fit on a 94-01 LS, regardless of year. The 94-99 GSR header has no o2 bung and is a different length. If the header your friend is giving you has 1 o2 bung at the collector, than it's from a 00 or 01.

Thanks! Yes, I will be getting the entire setup from the block on back. Are there any extra bungs that will need to be plugged?

Nope, you won't have to plug anything as long as you still have 2 o2 sensors on your 99. If you are using an obd1 ecu or had a 94-95 integra, you would need to plug one of the bungs.
